LRT Project

The Cairo Light Rail Transit (LRT), also known as the Capital Train, is an electrified commuter rail system in Egypt. It links eastern Cairo (starting from the massive Adly Mansour Interchange Station) to new residential hubs, the 10th of Ramadan City, and the New Administrative Capital, spanning over 100 km across its phases.

Tora El Balad Workshop

Tora Workshop development is part of Cairo Metro Line 1 modernization, focusing on rolling stock maintenance and fleet capacity, spanning an area of 15 acres and handling all periodical and light repair works for the trains. 
Key Objectives
– Fleet Accommodation:Designed to handle 55 new trains procured for Line 1.
– Maintenance Efficiency: Upgrading facilities with advanced maintenance equipment matching modern train technologies.
– Operational Readiness: Improving overall train availability and service reliability.
– Authority: Managed by the National Authority for Tunnels.

Egypt Future Agricultural Development Project (Mostaqbal Misr)

Khella Investments Group proudly contributed to the Egypt Future Agricultural Development Project (Mostaqbal Misr), one of Egypt’s largest national development initiatives.
Through its group companies, the Group supported the project by participating in land preparation and leveling works, infrastructure development, and the supply of heavy equipment to contractors, contributing to the successful execution of this strategic project.
